Holly Blue is a breezy dinnertime & cocktail destination where elegance, escapism & leisure come together. 

Immerse yourself into the perfect alchemy of house-made pastas, artfully plated dishes, and classic libations exclusively by Chef Giovanni Rocchio, formerly of Valentino Cucina Italiana and One Door East. The cocktail program is a blend of low-ABV, sessionable cocktails, and simple variations on classics with thoughtful tropical touches. Our 220 person seated restaurant offers three unique rooms designed to take guests from day to night, seamlessly. 

The Grand Room is home to our brass and marble kissed bar as well as the indoor dining area adorned with grand columns, ornate ceiling details, and large velvet banquettes. Adjacent to The Grand Room is the vibrant and airy outdoor Veranda with a full service bar and awning covered dining areas. Nestled away in Holly Blue is Marvin’s Room, our interpretation of an authentic old-school hangout that pays tribute to the culture of small gatherings. In this dimly-lit destination you will find the finest selection of bourbons, whiskeys and of course classic cocktails.
